Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and sales? Coast Pneumatics is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Anaheim, CA.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams.
- Document customer interactions and orders.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years in customer service or inside sales.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Pneumatics knowledge is a plus.
- Team-oriented attitude.
Outside Sales Representative
Drive business growth by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and promoting Coast Pneumatics’ automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical information.
- Conduct market research and track competitors.
- Maintain sales records and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Outside sales experience (automation preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to travel within territory.
Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Move products using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments.
- Package and ship products.
- Maintain inventory and stockroom organization.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean workspace.
Requirements
- 2+ years related experience preferred.
- Forklift certification may be required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication.
