VR Vacuum Regulator
Family
The VR Series vacuum regulator family
offer four body sizes, ranging from 1/8" NPT to 1/2" NPT.
All four sizes provide outstanding
flow and a great sensitivity performance of 1mmHg.
VR Series
vacuum regulators are powder coated white, for use in both semiconductor
and medical applications. All four body sizes can be panel mounted. |
